Sherry is amazing. Honestly. There was a miscommunication with the warehouse and when we went to pick up our order it wasnt there. She was able to fix our issue with ease. Even though it was in the last hour she really went above and beyond to help us resolve the issue. She needs a RAISE because she is just that good. Thanks so much Sherry!!

Awesome customer service. Since discovering ihl last year I’ve visited the store a few times and have always received great customer service. This morning I had the pleasure of meeting Rick who was more than happy to help me find the calcium chloride I needed, and then gave me some great tips on mounting grab bars in my senior parents bathroom. I wish more stores had customer focused individuals like Rick.

The store is well organized, clean, and fully stocked with a wide range of quality tools and equipment. with reasonable price comparison of big Boxes store, The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and quick to help me find exactly what I needed. Parking was easy, and the layout of the store made browsing comfortable and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back! ,The clothing section is nice as well with huge selection of working pants and clothes available ,

I hadn't seen anything like this in my life. A massive warehouse contains sections and shelves staffed with high-quality materials from around the world. They also apply discounts if you buy large quantities. It's Ali Baba Cave for construction materials.

IHL Canada is a real Disneyland for contractors! The selection of high-quality tools and materials for all kinds of trades is absolutely unmatched – you simply won't find this variety anywhere else. The prices are incredible, often even lower than what you'd find on Marketplace! The store is massive, with so much inventory that it feels like you could spend all day just exploring. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. Plus, they carry the best tools from all over the world. With their long hours and excellent service, this is the place to go if you're in the market for high-quality tools or want to treat yourself. A must-visit for anyone in the trades!

I was in the area and made a stop at IHL to check out the tool selection. They have quite an impressive selection of tools and related gear! The store is clean, spacious, and well organized. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very importantly, the prices are highly competitive with the usual rivals such as Home Depot and Rona. The website is also easy to navigate. Too bad there is no free shipping on everything (unlike Home Depot), because this would be more appealing for out-of-towners like myself to shop here more. Otherwise, I will most definitely pop in when back in the area.
